Supplementary education in Fine Art for children and young people 7-16 years old in Norwich and Norfolk
Art 4 Youth Norwich art school is a high quality learning experience for children young people aged 7 to 16, delivered by Norfolk practising artists and art educators in small groups of 10 students and divided into age groups of 7 to 11 and 12 to 16 years old.
The programme combines use of professional materials and techniques, cultivating artistic vision and confidence whilst referencing art history, from old masters to contemporary artists.

ONLINE COURSE, ZOOM
4 November - 9 December 2020, 17.00-18.00, age 11-16 years old
Fashion illustrator is a full-fledged job in nowadays and skilful artists in this field who discovered their passion for it and style are the sought after professionals.
This course is most suitable for students who can dissolve in time whilst watching last Haute couture and Prêt-a-porter catwalks or browsing glossy magazines. Those students who are learning or speaking Chinese language will benefit extra, as the tutor is native to China living in the UK.
The course will give a strong understanding of fashion illustration composition, proportions and elements of face and human figure, colours and textures, styles and accessories, all leading to a completed image of a desired stylised fashion figure as an outcome of this short course. Students will be working with a variety of mediums, embedding different drawing and painting techniques and developing artist vision and style.
Learning and practical outcomes of this course will greatly contribute towards a portfolio work for students who are considering taking GCSE in Art and Design.
This is an online course, taking place over Zoom.
In addition to the live session, students will receive a PDF copy of the presentation discussed, and fun assignments to complete after each class.
